Yoghurt and Mint

I love this stuff! I hope they never stop producing it. I worked from home so had the chance to make a nice warm lamb kofta flatbread for lunch.

Leo had his short day at College and was finished by 10:20. Bobbie has just joined the same gym as him so they both headed there so he could show her around.

He was starving afterwards so fancied a nice filling meal of sausage and mash and beans. He did weigh everything as he is still on his health kick and needed to work out calories and protein etc. And he didn’t have his usual 4 sausages!

I was dog tired so headed to bed early and took my IPAD to watch some of the MANU match. I did snooze off but did manage to stay awake long enough to see the goals that saw MANU win 3-2. When Ipswich scored early on thanks to some calamity keeping and then MANU went down to 10 men I feared the worse - so what a relief in the end. They are still sitting at a sad 14th in the table though!
