Raindrops and a sheltering bee

It's been another wet day in Devon - my front lawn is becoming a marsh, we could really do with a bit of sunshine now. Was taking some shots of the bees in the lavender, most of which was out of focus, they are so fast - when I spotted this little bee hiding away from the rain, using the camilia bush as shelter,

I was going to blip a photo of my mum today as it's her birthday but as she is still in hospital and not looking her best I will save that blip until later. Happy Birthday Mum, love you loads. xxx
