Early Morning Exercise….

There was an unseasonably autumnal nip in the air early this morning. I wore a Merino sweater and light gloves and my friend Julia was tucking her hands into the sleeves of her sweatshirt. Two more days and it is officially autumn. I had a very busy day. Luckily my lower back pain is subsiding. Friend Lynette and I did some gardening. I tinkered with some of the irrigation systems. Andy the plumber came and fixed an annoying leaking tap . We sat outdoors under the shade of the wisteria and chatted. Other friends visited later as well. ..With regard for the weather… it is somewhat irksome to hear the TV News weather forecaster enthusiastically proclaiming more sunny, hot, dry weather when some areas of the country have moved into serious drought.
