Zeus drops in from Olympus

I haven't seen my neighbour's cat, Zeus, all winter, but he came out in the sunshine this morning and spent some time inspecting my raised pond.  I expect he was as disappointed as I am not to find anything much living there: so far the largest inhabitants are mosquito larvae! But the plants are interesting and the birds and cats like to drink there.
