Not a good day!

Weather was fine and sunny and I thought a good day to finish cutting up some of the elm we retrieved from a fallen tree in the field.

The chain saw had other ideas and refused to start! Fresh fuel….didn’t work. It was serviced about 18 months ago by the local engineers (not me!) including new plug and new diaphragm in the carb so unlikely to be those. But the plug might have failed so I bought another - I hope that will fix it but if not then I might try a new coil pack.

I’ll find out tomorrow.
