Crocuses on The Village Green

It's been a beautiful day hereabouts albeit with a chilly breeze. 

Jayne had been out for coffee this morning and on her return we took a walk around the village to enjoy the sunshine and a feeling of Spring in the air.

We stopped several times for a chat with people we met and then were so pleased to see these crocuses on the village green as we returned home for a toasted teacake and cup of tea.
