Just a Test.

       Some time agoI wanted to do a Blip of a note.  I can'[t remember now so I'll guess A Scottish one with a fish on.  (A "[url=https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2305284437094436756]Holy Mackerel[/url]") only to be told (Paraphrased) "Y'CAN'T do THAT!!" Though what you might be able to do on a home computer defeats me; I certainly could NOT make anything spendable. 
       This one wasn't so strict.  I'm not 100% sure but this may be my 1st "Charlie lll".
