Sewing in the sunshine

A gloriously sunny day not to be wasted indoors! My new project cardholders are all hand sewn, perfect for making outdoors. I gathered all the equipment and sat on the bench at the top of the garden soaking up the vitamin D, sewing with Reg sleeping in his bed next to me. Definitely good for body and soul. I had to pop down to the recycle shop for more cds; luckily I have keys for the hall so didn't need to wait until  Saturday! I've made enough for my grandchildren and their mums and dads. A few just need the buttons sewing on to finish them. They will soon be in the post. 
I've had a very enjoyable day and hope everyone has had some of the lovely sunshine smiling on you.
