Last Night's Sunset

What a difference a few Silver Birch trees make to my view.  I am so pleased that they have gone, as now the early morning sun simply pours into my lounge.  It will be especially nice in the winter months.  That's Mt Iron in the background, with Japanese Cosmos in the foreground, along with a Oamaru Stone sculpture that Teen 'h's mum made a few years ago now.

I have done a load of washing, which is now drying beautifully on the outside lines.  Another Friday, and the last day of February.  The year is certainly zooming by.  Have a great weekend everyone.
