Flower Friday

I took a few flowers in the garden this afternoon. I have chosen the pinky shades and the main is just a close up. 

For my mental stimulation I started crocheting a baby blanket which didn’t go that well. The lesson is on YouTube and the instructor rushed through. I have finished one square but it isn’t perfect. I will have another go after dinner to see if I can do better. My wool parcel arrived early and the first thing I did was spill coffee on the cream wool. Then I couldn't get wordle out and Bob has done something to his computer system and lost 3 weeks of data. We are both a bit miserable. 

We have Onky here tonight. I took her for a walk around the street, she lives out of town and gets a bit nervous with heavy traffic and traffic lights. She has put herself to bed and it is only 7pm. Spencer has had a painting accepted into an art competition in Sydney so they have gone down for the opening. 

The other extra is some craft done by Jolang, a long time blipper who passed away during the past year. It is beautifully stitched and 3 D as she has used some method to make it stand out. It is Joan’s birthday so many may like to remember her.
