Watchful

Flora didn't notice this cat but it certainly noticed her. It just sat, quietly alert, till we passed by.  I'd been looking for the bullfinches. No luck with them. 

Last night went well. There was a good turn out, no new trustees (two vacancies) but there are new yard volunteers which is great news. The service manager gave a powerful report about the organisation's impact and the limitations on what we can do because we don't have our own premises. 

Today is a welcome quiet one after the busy week. The garden is finally getting some attention.
