GOOD NEWS

A very foggy start to the day today for us.  Weirdly though, my Mum, who asyou know, only lives across The Bay in Morecambe woke up to bright sunshine but a heavy frost.  We woke up to know frost but thick fog!!!!

Anyway the good news is that I have today received a letter from Preston giving me an appointment for my Radiotherapy Planning on Thursday 13th March.  However I have to be in Preston by 8.30 in the morning.  The appointment is at 9.00 and they want us to arrive 30 minutes early!!!

The letter was written on the 24th, so that was Monday and last appointment was on the Friday before that - that is amazing service isn't it!!  Hopefully this could could mean that even if my treatment doesn't start until two weeks later then we will be able to make our holiday in Fife and, more importantly,  our Great Niece's wedding!!!!  Still keeping everything crossed that that will happen!!

I'm delighted that I've heard so promptly and always feel better once I have date, however for some reason I'm still feeling very jumbled  and nervous - must be me!!!!
