PRETTY LITTLE GEM

It's Flower Friday and here's another pretty little orchid from the Mitchell Park Conservatory (The Domes) in Milwaukee.

Not sure of the precise species but I'll call it Red-spotted Yellow Gem.  Good a name as any.
