Friday Fish and Chips Club

With the help of N, took Dad to the respite care home this morning where we joined the Friday Fish and Chips Club for lunch. Spent the afternoon trying to help him settle in, he was very anxious and unhappy even though this is his fourth stay there. Very difficult walking away and leaving him there...

Took the bus home, placed the online supermarket order, had a long hot bath and put my pjs on, got something to eat, and am now about to fall asleep in front of the tele. Frosty start to a day of blue skies and sunshine.
