Stowe Snowdrops

Feeling so ill last night, I was worried I would have to cancel meeting Mrs L this morning but the Lemsip worked its magic and I felt OK when I woke up.
What a beautiful day!! It was soooooooooo good to see a bit of sun after the last few weeks and months and greyness and rain.
We had a lovely walk followed by a lovely cup of tea.
I made a vat of butternut squash and lentil soup which I had for lunch and then put the rest in the freezer. Then I started to feel dreadful again so slumped around for the afternoon.
I forgot to say yesterday that I signed up for a milk round last night. To get milk delivered I mean rather than doing a milk round myself!
He knocked on the door when I was dosed up and feeling a bit out-of-body-ish. Before I knew it, we were signed up!
I forgot all about it until Mr K found the form this morning!!!!
It’s so much more expensive than getting it in Tesco but it’s all relative and so nice to support a local dairy. Doing our bit to bring down corporate Britain!!
