Fancy dress?

The two ‘youngsters’ had booked in to a trip snorkelling in the kelp forest here. Non for me - too cold , said MrKT. Not for me - seaweed yuk - said me.
But at the last minute absolute Fear Of Missing Out hit in and we joined them on what turned out to be a wonderful outing.
We were kitted out in many layers of neoprene, and plonked ourselves on a wee speed boat out to Ulva Island. Our lovely guide dropped us off along a sheltered rocky shore, with kelp waving in the current below. Within minutes we were all excitedly pointing out various seaweeds, fish, anemones, starfish, in all colours. Even an octopus was spotted - I’m missed it!
We were in the water for over an hour, eventually getting chilly, and reluctantly returned to the boat sharing our stories. MrKT and Ols were the last in, loving every minutes with frequent dives down for closer inspection. What a great afternoon - we all loved it!
No pics underwater as we didn’t have the right camera! So just us squeezing into our wet suits.
