The pipes, the pipes are ca-alling! 

This is perhaps not the nicest building in the Repair Factory. But it is immensely popular. 
The Guide clinic is Ireland's largest, free and most thorough STI clinic. 

And business is booming according to my colleagues. 

I look forward to the day when I recognise someone I know and make a beeline for them in the waiting room.
