That Friday Feeling?

Some weeks ago I realised I've been missing That Friday Feeling... looking forward to the weekend after a busy week working. Even Mrs C is forgetting which day it is, so with the sun out, Arlo and I decided to head out east for a decent walk around a wee hill... although Arlo seems to agree with most things I come up with...

Out past Gifford to Newlands Hill, a 3.5 mile walk around the hill, they were burning heather so we had to deviate a bit but as we came around the back we had views from the bottom of the Pentlands 180 degrees round to Dunbar and across the forth to the East Neuk on Fife. This might be my favourite view in East Lothian so far, I don't think I've ever walked in these hills before, fabulous!

In the main photo and 2nd extra, the views are towards the North Berwick Law and Bass Rock, the 1st extra is towards the Pentlands. Must come back here again!
