The Visit…

Shada and Norman came to visit. Shada is Nancy’s oldest chum and we haven’t seen them for quite some time. It was lovely to catch-up with all their news. After a walk followed by ingesting our own body weight in pastry goods with our coffee, they headed home and I had to take care of some family admin.

Later, we headed down into the village to the Buccleuch Arms for a Friday evening restorative or two and arrived home relaxed and happy to watch the news, where some man-children were behaving like bullying brats for the TV cameras.
