Ticket to ride

Apologies for the photo. I was really busy today and forgot to take any “proper” shots.

The only reason I have this one at all is because I was doing my expenses for the London trip yesterday and looking to submit a compensation claim for the train being cancelled.

It’s been a busy day though and I got a fair amount done, and was able to answer “yes” to a lot of questions to my clients, which always makes for a nicer day!

This was then improved by the arrival of, and cuddles with the wee ones, before the remainder of the family arrived around 5pm for Pizza Friday. I must confess that I was flagging by the time everyone went home as the busy week caught up with me.

The only thing to put a stain on the day, was a misguided few moments checking the news and seeing the absolute car crash of a meeting between the wotsit-dipped President, Vance and Zelensky. As if Zelensky doesn’t have enough on (y’know: war, survival, feeding his people etc.), he’s forced to sit with those two morons criticising his attitude! Tell you what, Donny, wait until Putin comes storming through your country uninvited and see how your airs and graces are!

It was absolutely appalling to behold and a new low for the latest evolution of this tactless administration.

Sorry……happy weekend all and enjoy as much peace as you possibly can. 

Maybe get a ticket to some place nice?
