Protein Balls

21 Protein Balls in fact !!!  We’ve had a lovely cruisy Saturday and I’ve just finished making our Protein Balls for the week.  They’re a really healthy snack and sometimes we just need one as a bit of a pick up during the day.  My friend Sue gave me the recipe when she visited a couple of weeks ago and I posted the recipe as an extra.  I’ve added it as an extra again if you’re keen to give them a go.  My tip is to make sure that you blend everything at the end so the mixture really holds together.  So easy to make and just delicious.
