Batch Cooking

We are away for a week from Monday and thought it would be ‘organised’ to batch cook a tomato sauce ready for an easy to make (effortless) pasta dish on the evening we arrive back home.

The advantage is that it provided a meal this evening and several frozen blocks ready for spontaneous pasta, soup or stews in the following weeks. One hour of effort - multiple meals.
