An unbelievably warm day. Rain was forecast but we have had the briefest shower that you’d miss if you blinked!
It was 28° driving home. I joined some others at the Mitre10 Columbus Café after church and loved the vegetarian pie I had - made in a cupcake I’m guessing.

I’ve just made some Zucchini & Feta fritters for dinner with zucchini from the garden. What a find that recipe was! I’ll be making them again.
