2025 Saturday — Afterglow

This has been a cloudy, cold, almost blustery, day which is rather perfect for the beginning of March. This past Wednesday was so warm, so summer-like, that I wore a short sleeve shirt, and felt as if I couldn’t get cool, and that didn’t feel right for the end of February.

We exited the house today about midday to go to a couple of real estate open houses. Honestly, it is one of my favorite pastimes. It’s a “home tour” without an entrance fee.

Then we took the pups to walk, they call it “sniffing,” in Tidelands Park. It was so cold and windy, that Mr. Fun invited me to stay in the car. Burrrrr!

Then we returned home because everyone was hungry, and Mitzi let us know how hungry she was as she barked all the way home.

So I fed the pups, Mr. Fun made himself an afternoon lunch, and I wished I wasn’t on Day 2 of a liquid diet. Then the sun broke thru the clouds and the inhabitants in this little house broke out in cheers. The photo is the pathetic capture that my little pocket-sized iPhone captured.

And finally, I am feeling good the day after dental surgery.
