From Røskestadvannet to Tofte

I have taken this walk, in winter, a couple of times before and I had wanted to take it this winter too, which was a very bad idea. Dag drove me to the lake Røskestadvannet and I should walk back to Tofte, a two hours walk, mainly on a narrow path. It wasn’t easy to walk at all, at the first part it has been logging and it was almost impossibly to find the path at the end. Without the app «Ut» (out) I would not have found it. Where there were snow, it was easy to walk, since the night had been cold, but many places the path was like a stream. The path is not marked so without the footsteps from another person, I would have no chance to find it. But I made it, wet and a little frustrated, but a home Dag told me to remember my and Novas age, next time I planned a walk.
Yesterday I was invited to lunch to my friend Signe Marit, who was on sick leave after had fallen on the ice twice the last few weeks. First she broke her left arm and at her way to the doctor, three days later she fell again and broke her right hand. She had to spend a couple of days at the hospital, before a week at a rehabilitation center. After that she had help from the commune. She lives alone, with a dog, so it had been difficult weeks. I should had learned from her situation. Next time I will have that in mind ;)
