She's Awake!

Well, for the moment.  Miss Chippy woke from her long winter nap to forage amongst the seed shells left by the hungry squirrels.  It is a mess that I have to clean up every morning.  How she got through the 18 inches of snow on the ground I don't know but suspect that clever Miss Chippy has an exit hole beneath the porch and found a place she could then get to the deck. So nice to see her.  A cold and windy day but lots of sun. Another warm-up mid-week will bring heavy rain.  That will make a right mess of things.
