'Insect Chocolate'
There’s always something interesting and different at the Stockbridge Market on Sunday mornings.
Today, it was high-protein ‘Insect Chocolate’ from Edinburgh’s ‘Insect Café’ (I must admit I'd never heard of them before, but they do have a website), which offers a variety of “handcrafted, high-protein bakes made with locally produced insects”—mainly crickets and mealworms—“and other wholesome ingredients”!
