Carpe diem

Much of today was spent helping others.

I supported a colleague and friend with a coaching session, did a fair bit of Learning Needs Analysis and then had the opportunity to help out an ex-neighbour this evening.

Assisting people in adjusting their position can be quite satisfying.

That's important, right?
