Birthday Celebrations

I’d completely forgotten that we were back on teas and coffees after Mass today so it was a bit of a rushed start.
It was son no 2’s 28th birthday today and we’d booked a table for lunch at the Horseshoe Inn in Eddleston (very good) to celebrate. He and his partner joined us there from their short break in Doune and then we all went home to devour Mr P’s delicious chocolate pistachio cake. We relaxed with the papers and watched TV for the rest of the day.
