Ponies in da Croft; 10 Years On

A cold day, windy too. Dry and dull, then rain came in this evening.  

Another 5am rise, another morning on the street beat cleaning.  I was on the north beat, not too messy.  Walkies with Sammy after work, then feet up for a while.  Picked up friend Julie after lunch, headed out west for walkies.  With the wet night, it's been a lazy night with jigsaws.  

While out west with the dogs, I thought I'd try another 10 years on project.  Some lovely recent changes to the old croft house, mainly a new roof been put on.  A new door, windows been looked to and a new gate added.  I'm not sure what the renovation works are for, will it be used as a byre (barn) or will the plans be for a dwelling again? Either or, it's nice to see it being loved again, and the sad hole in the roof gone.  Unfortunately there wasn't any ponies here today, so Sammy stepped up in their place.  Taken at Brindister, West Burrafirth.
