Flower

Another slow day. Unlike yesterday it was quite grey and dull. Me and my sore leg pottered. I made a cake, a spiced lime cake, which I have never made before. Late morning I decided to try out a walk, and my leg was fine, achy, but fine.

When I got home, TT was making lunch and BB was getting ready to go to rugby. He left and I had some lunch. I watched some TV, not something I ever do during the day! TT and I then got ourselves organised and headed off to Edinburgh to watch BB’s game. I was feeling a bit under dressed, but then the sun came out, which was rather unexpected, but welcome. The we’re playing behind Arthur’s Seat, and the sunshine just transformed everything.

BB’s team had to work hard, but they secured a win, and BB was one of their try scorers. TT and I came home via the supermarket. As it was still sunny, I decided that a wee walk was in order, though I lived to regret it, as my leg has been really sore ever since.

TT made a lovely chicken curry, and a lovely cauliflower curry. TT had gone to visit a friend after rugby, but appeared home looking for food.

TT chose a film, which I wasn’t really paying attention to. I eventually went for an early night.

I spotted this delicate blossom this morning.
