Ice around the shore

We got our jobs done today by lunchtime. After lunch we went to the dump and the lake. We took a nice long hike there. It seemed to windy on the beach for a comfortable walk so we thought the woods would be a better place for todays walk. It was a chilly but beautiful day and a good choice. There were Ruddy ducks on the lake but the sun was to low in the sky to get a decent photo. I liked the ice formations around the shore line formed on the grass. It actually looked better in person but my knees would not allow me to get down for a better shot. Take what you can is my new motto.
