Work Day

Work day, big time. We rented a lift yesterday morning (yesterday’s blip was taken from it). We pruned fruit trees yesterday (see yesterday’s blip), and today we hit it hard. Granddaughter Elle and her boyfriend Trent came out to help today’s effort. That’s me up in the bucket (not a favorite place to be), then my ground crew of Elle, Trent, and Tom. So thankful for Elle and Trent’s help. We finished in one long afternoon which would have taken us four or five days by ourselves. Lots of firewood cut today, and I am damn exhausted.
