Cold water therapy

Binge watching 4 hours of TV was not on my schedule today but how i started it.
An air ambulance landed on the field behind my house.  I imagine a sport related incident.
An enjoyable swim.  We went to the buoy that is just about visible in the picture.  Marions shoe wasnt properly fastened and her foot felt it coming back.  We didnt see Yvonne who was rowing but a barge went by and a police boat came over to see us (extras).  A great day to be in, on and by the water.
