Ahoy Matey!

It is Pirate Week at our local library. Moira and I spent the morning looking for buried treasure on the bookshelf's, listened to pirate stories and jokes , saw a pirate puppet show and made Pirate Hats. I think she did pretty good for a little girl that just turned two. It was a very happy girl that left the library swinging her arms and saying Yo Ho, Yo Ho! We got quite a few smiles as we swung our booty of books over our shoulders and wore our pirate hats to walk the plank!

If that wasn't corny enough here is a pirate joke that we heard today!
