Day off

I’ve not had such a low day for quite a while. Despite no alarm I was awake at 5. Went back to bed about 6 and drifted in and out of sleep. As the day off was short notice I’d not cancelled the dog walker so didn’t bother to walk him maybe I should have but just no motivation all morning for anything. 
I did have to get some shopping in though, so forced myself to load the car with last week’s garden waste and went to the tip and then on to Sainsbury’s. Gave myself a talking to on the way back and did go out into the garden for an hour, cutting down two holly bushes that had grown out of control! 
Still not great but back to work tomorrow.
