Baby Heron ?

I finally went to the doctors surgery about my foot this morning, I’ve only waited several weeks for the appointment. I didn’t see the doctor but a person from the muscular skeletal department. He said it was classic symptoms of Planter Fasciitis and it would probably clear up in 1 to 2 years !!!.  He said he would refer me to their physio department and that would probably take 5-6 weeks. 
No rush then !!!

We then took a drive to Capstone Country Park near Gillingham to have a walk and some fresh air. It turned into a beautiful, warm sunny day, we even sat on a park bench overlooking the lake with a coffee from their cafe.

This looked like a young Heron, but am happy if anyone could educate me.
