Framed....

......up the road again to complete work on the flat and garden. I think we're done and ready for sale. Over to the estate agent now to obtain a Home Report and pull together the marketing material. The only weak area is the window frames. They're pretty done and anyone buying the flat will have to change them in short order. Otherwise, it's a nice flat in a popular 'burb.

Home now to cook the mince for my cottage pie. I've discovered how to make an Air-fryer version and it's pretty damn tasty as these things go. 

A quick exchange with my neighbour as I was putting the bin out. He was showing exasperation at the behaviour of his sons. "Bloody kids", he sighed. He's a head teacher of a primary school. I understand.
