Running Views #39

What to do?! A last-minute change of evening plans meant I went for my first proper run in my new trainers tonight, and it was a bit of a disaster. My legs ached along my calf so much I had to keep stopping to stretch and walk (they've never hurt there before), and my hips felt a bit wonky. I can't work out if it's complete coincidence as my back has been hurting today, or if the trainers are holding my feet at the wrong angle or in the wrong position. As it was my first run in them, I was probably concentrating more on my feet/legs than I would normally and I didn't feel like I ever got into my proper stride. It's so frustrating, as I really like the trainers, but I think they might have to go back. Pffft.
