I spent the morning cleaning the house, it’s not my favourite job but as the architect was coming this afternoon it gave me a reason to do it.
We went over some new drawings & think we’re all happy this time, we just want to get on with it now.
J & I went to the tree nursery a couple of weeks ago because we wanted a Sorbus to replace the goat willow we’ve removed. The trees were more expensive than we expected & when I was telling my sister about our visit she said her son’s friend worked there & she’d see if he would get one for me. Well he did (& she had one too) I picked the tree up from her house today for less than half the price, as the old saying goes: it’s not what you know it’s who you know.
