As regulars will know I’m a creature of habit / organised.
Monday is run club and I was leading the 5:15 km pace group.. hence I’m not in the pic.
Each group has a speaker and we have a jolly old time.
My thing is start with top gun danger zone… then ac/dc thunderstruck, espresso / Sabrina, cloudbusting / Kate , jump pointer sisters , ooh la la / goldfrapp, Kashmir/ Zep, pump up the volume: marrs… the bonkers mix amuses the group :-)
