Periwinkle Flowers

I have had a streaming cold for the last couple of days…hardly slept at all for the last two nights, and been unable to use my CPAP machine as my nose has been completely blocked. Consequently, I feel like utter crap….and my back and sides are sore from constant sneezing.

So a fairly short walk today…spotted this periwinkle glowing in the sunshine…I believe it is the ‘lesser’ variety…but as ever, I stand to be corrected.

Also spotted some Blackthorn blossom - my first of the year, see extra.

Posting early and I’m off to try and get some sleep.
