Martedì Grasso

It’s Carnival time here in Italy. People skiing in bonkers outfits, and a parade through town.
We were up with the sparrows this morning and took a coach up to Laguzuoi to get the cable car up to the start of the Hidden Valley. It was very quiet and we were two of the first down. You won’t find many more beautiful places in the world to ski, especially on a day like this.
We even took our proper cameras. The frozen waterfalls on the way down are always spectacular, but with the added bonus today of someone doing ice climbing, main shot.
