Still strange

On the way home from yoga I noticed this construction again - I blipped it before when I was wondering what its final colour would be. Seems like it's the orange. The thing still seems too tall, too close to the neighbouring buildings, etc etc. Haven't yet been able to sneak into a courtyard or similar to get a better view.
