A walk from Melton to Woodbridge along the river wall and back, about 4.5 miles, in glorious sunshine.   It was a very low tide, but the view across the river and the moored boats is always a joy to see.
This afternoon I've read a couple of chapters of my book, did some sewing, drank some tea, played ball in the garden and not a lot else really.
