Man of Iron

Today I had a day trip to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for an 'intravenous iron infusion' - it would appear my recent adventures have left me short of iron - and today it was to be restored.
It was a lovely sunny morning when the ambulance collected me and we had a pleasant trip to Huddersfield over some of the local moorland roads.  All went well and I was back home by mid-afternoon - and it's pancakes tonight.... :-)
