Evening walk through the wood ...

This is the field to the right of the path through  the woods to the shore. 
The house is Rosebank Cottage the refurbished home of the Author AJ Cronin.

The is one of the fields that Taylor Wimpey is planning to build 200 houses in . 
The other field is directly behind our cottage. 
We hope it won't happen - it is greenbelt high quality arable farm land and is a much loved  route for walkers. 
We should no if the application has been granted by May 25.
