Gerald

This is Gerald. 
Gerald was a guppy who lived with Mr & Mrs Billthecat around 30 years ago when we lived in Farham in Surrey.
Gerald had a good, if short, life in the tropical tank with gouramis, harlequins and others.
When Gerald died I wrapped him in some tissue paper and then didn't get around to disposing of him.
Mummified Gerald has resided in a box, moving from home to home and watching as the children arrived and grew up as the years rolled by.
A bit like H.G. Wells' Time Traveller, but more fishy and still.
I expect he'll continue to do so for a while longer.
This will be my animal entry for Tiny Tuesday.
