Pancake Tuesday

Chilly wind again today. It felt more like winter than spring. I had a Yes Tweeddale committee meeting in the morning and then in the afternoon I finished reading this month’s book; Question 7 by Richard Flanagan for tonight’s meeting. Mixed reviews.
Before book group, Mr P and I cooked vegetable moussaka and I made pancakes for everyone. I then had lots more home baking at book group. Thank goodness it’s fast and abstinence tomorrow!
