Old Friends

For some reason I dug out some old recipes for bakes that I sold to Real Foods back in the day, before Health&Safety rules put an end to that wee ‘business’. Decided to make carrot cookies, mainly because I had everything needed to hand - apart from honey which was replaced (very successfully) by lemon curd - and they’re easy to knock out.
That was the highlight of the day, otherwise spent reading or shaking my head at the TV news programmes.
